Integra 4H

The line, incorporating a horizontal corner welding machine (FUSION 4H ) and a corner cleaning machine (TRIMMER 2A),  provides an efficient combination of the two welding and cleaning processes which are made fully automatic thanks to their integration.

 

 

FUSION 4H
CNC 4-head horizontal corner welding machine in which all cycle variables (times, speeds, etc.) can be programmed and preset automatically in the machine.
As regards the features of this high. tech. unit, worthy of mention is the provision for adjustment (via CNC) of the welding bead size from a minimum of  0.2 mm up to a maximum of 2 mm.

COOLING BENCH
This bench allows interconnection between Fusion 4H and Trimmer 2A. Transfer of the welded frame and its positioning in the corner cleaner loading area is by means of belt conveyors.

 

TRIMMER 2A
PVC right-angle corner cleaning machine of innovative design, features 2 interpolated axes, with optimized automatic cycle, able to recognize the current profile automatically.
It is possible, thanks to the cleaning knife for universal application and without tool change, to trim the various contours of the outer corner. Cleaning of inner corner is finished via special units for bottom and top drilling/milling serving also for end trimming of the gasket groove.
